Stewart Bainum Jr., chairman of the company's board, emphasized that Keshavarz’s background will bolster the firm’s long-term growth objectives. Interim CEO Dominic Dragisich noted that the company plans to leverage this expertise to improve unit economics for hotel owners and refine the guest experience across its portfolio of more than 7,500 properties.
Keshavarz brings a substantial resume in enterprise-level digital transformation. At CVS Health, he oversees the company's AI strategy and data infrastructure. His previous experience includes a decade at McKinsey, where he co-founded the firm’s healthcare analytics practice, and leadership roles at Aetna and CVS Caremark. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Northwestern University.
