The new facility will feature 118 residential units, split between 73 assisted living apartments and 45 dedicated memory care suites. Situated near the Gunbarrel Road corridor and The Village at Waterside, the site aims to provide residents with proximity to major retail and healthcare services. Adam Mitchell, Managing Partner of LifeCare Development, cited the region’s growth and the rising demand for modern senior housing as the primary drivers for this investment.
This development continues a long-standing partnership focused on hospitality-driven care, following four previous projects in Texas. The design and construction team includes Arrive Architecture, Ridgemont Commercial Construction, and Banko Design, with financing secured through Trustmark. By integrating personalized lifestyle programs with specialized memory support, the companies intend to establish a new standard for upscale senior care in the Chattanooga area.
