This trio creates a structural foundation defined by orchard fruits, bergamot, and lemon zest. The spirit undergoes a minimum of six years of maturation in 350-litre seasoned oak casks, housed in cellars situated along the banks of the Charente River to ensure steady, slow development.
The project honors the legacy of Jacques Delamain, whose 1930 collection of natural history books continues to influence the house's philosophy. Current cellar master Charles Braastad intends for this expression to bridge the gap between historical savoir-faire and modern consumption habits. Priced at 65€, the bottle is currently available through the Delamain e-shop and select wine merchants, offering a refined profile characterized by notes of verbena and lime blossom.
